GLEN HOWARD SMALL AND MICHAEL RENDLER ARCHITECTS.  THE NELSONS ARE THE  BARBIE DOLL PROFESSIONAL COUPLE.  BOTH WORK OUT,  AND THE EPITOME OF GOOD LOOKS.  THEY STUMBLED ONTO MY GRANT WADA CONDOS WHILE DRIVING AROUND IN SANTA MONICA,  SOUTH OF PICO,  IN 1987 AND THEY LUCKED OUT, BECAUSE THE CONDOS HAD SOLD  OUT AND ONE FELL OUT OF ESCROW,  SO THEY BOUGHT .  THE NEXT THING I KNEW THREE YEARS LATER, THEY PURCHASED A DUMPY HOUSE A FEW BLOCKS AWAY AND WANTED TO REMODEL IT TO RAISE THEIR EXPANDING FAMILY.

IN THE YEAR 2005, MANAGUA NICARAGUA GOT A GEM , THE CONCHA ACUSTICA, IT GOT RAVE REVIEWS. THE OPENING NIGHT AUDIENCE OF 150,000, LISTENED TO WORLD CLASS LATIN MUSICIANS PERFORM. in the still of the night on july 21 2013 the fountain was torn down. no prior notice given. the government had not maintained the fountain for eight years and everything that could be stolen or broken was enacted. a programed neglect to destroy, marked for death, since many rotundas have been restored by the present government. THE SCINTILLATING FLOOR WRAPPING UP THE WALLS.

IN THE BEGINNING IN 1976 THERE WAS A VISION OF DR. DAVID LEVINE FOR A RECOVERY ROOM ON THE CORNER OF LA CIENGA BLVD. NEAR THE SANTA MONICA FREEWAY IN L.A.  THE GOOD DOCTOR AND FAMILY LIVED IN A HOUSE OF MINE IN THE HOLLYWOOD HILLS.  IT WAS THE AGE OF AQUARIUS  TO BE COLORFUL AND HIP.  MY JOB WAS TO REMODEL A COMMERCIAL SHELL  TO SERVE  ICE CREAM.   NO MAJOR CHANGES, JUST MANIPULATE THE EXISTING BUILDING.
